Who is Pyropassion?
Founded in 2007 by Devra, Pyropassion is a unique art troupe performing for audiences in various places in the US.
Although the group is mainly a one-woman show, other fire handlers join Devra on occassion and at that given time and moment, they become part of pyropassion too.
Props utilized are fire fans, hoop, poi, rope dart, and staff.
Pyropassion performs for private events such as birthday parties and weddings as well as public events and functions including charity and much more.
The troupe aims to bring unforgettable images and treasurable memories by sharing and incorporating other arts forms such as American tribal dance, bellydance, martial arts and yoga.
A heavy emphasis is placed on educating the audience.
